I'm DJing at the Hideout on Wednesday July 21st at 9pm with Darren Johnston Quintet and then Good For Cows. I will spin before, between and after the bands. The show is a critics choice for the Reader. Here is some footage of Good For Cows.

11th Dream Day and Yo La Tengo at the Hideout

From the Carrot Top Blog 11th Dream Day is playing every Sunday in May and May 16th they are playing with the Condo Fucks aka Yo La Tengo. This show will sell out. Tickets are only $8 at the Hideout site

Soup and Bread at the Hideout

Heather, Niall and myself are making soup for the Hideout's Soup And Bread this Wednesday. We will be serving Mexican Corn soup (vegetarian) and Beef Stew. From 5:30 to 8pm. It is free but a hat will be passed to raise money for the Hull House food pantry. I will also give out 20% off everything at Hard Boiled coupons to anyone that shows up.
